Seriously good fun. Woud be nice to have some control option over frequency of power ups appearing (perhaps being able to adjust frequency of individual items appearing also). Ships handle nicely- looking forward to next version.

Thanks! I'm really happy you like the game. If I'll be working on an update I'll add the power up frequency selector. If you have any thoughts about balancing (which ones are too frequent or too powerful ?) let me know.

All the best!

Hey, this is great! The Runoff mode for breaking ties is super intense! I really like the feel of the dodge as well.

If you're interested in ideas for improvement, here are some I'm sure you've already thought of:

  • Difficulty adjustment for AI. Playing against AI feels pretty tough right now, but I've only played a few times. Beat them on my third try.
  • An explanation page for the health system and power ups. Some are obvious, some less so. Not sure what "Ghost Ship" does for example.
Really looking forward to playing with a friend as well as any future updates. Thanks!

Hey Capen! I'm really happy you like the game. I'm sure you'll enjoy it more when playing against a friend.

The Ghost Ship perk may be confusing since AI doesn't use dodge too often. It makes your ship pass-through and it cannot be bumped out of the arena.

I'll think of adding the explanation page in the update. Same goes with weapons / perk balancing and AI tweaks.

Thanks for the feedback and all the best!

Good, zany fun for two players. I like the pace and the sail-dodge-shoot-dodge rhythm of the game very much. There is a good variety of upgrades, and the option to ram your opponent out of the water is great when you can pull it off.

It's a small game, so it does not have much replayability - but the few rounds we played were intense and fun!

HP upgrades can cause a bit of trouble - when one player grabs a bunch of those, it's really hard to take the lead back from him/her. Also, an option to turn "ring outs" off would be appreciated, for those that dislike the mechanic - the core shooting gameplay could stand alone.

Thanks Kuba!

Yeah it's a small game, but I'm glad you were able to get some fun out of it :) It became a lot bigger game than I initially planned it to be, but I guess that's normal. Thanks for the feedback, I'll consider it while doing updates for the game. As it goes for multiplayer games it's pretty hard to balance stuff out if you have very limited amount of people to test it with. Some power ups may appear too frequently or be too strong. Like "vampire" perk which is a bit OP I think. I'll gather some feedback and rebalance stuff to make the game a bit more fair :)

All the best!
